Our customer was looking for a new up and over garage door but due to the garage being rather damp and musty they wanted air vents to be installed.
Whilst we could have cut a hole and popped an air vent in place we wanted a more professional look for our customer.
We spoke with the manufacturer Cardale who happily agreed to cut the holes and insert the vents at the beginning of production. The customer had chosen the colour Dusty Grey (RAL 7037) and once the vents were in place the door was sent through the paint line, ensuring the vents colour matched the door.

Cardale produce stunning garage doors, handmade in Britain from the finest durable, solid Cedar wood.

Doors are built in a steel chassis with steel bracing to reinforce the door without adding excessive weight. They are supplied with a black Cardale handle as standard
All double doors are built with retractable lifting gear, our customer chose to automate their door with a Novomatic 553 operator with remote control handsets.
This door is fully finished in Light Oak, there are a choice of six colours, all with a 2 year guarantee, or you can choose Base Coat stain to finish yourself.
All Cardale timber doors are bespoke and made to order.
